Happiness Happens in the form of a happy sunshine-yellow themed ‘Inspiration Arbour’ at Rutland Garden Centre!
Our sixth ‘Inspiration Arbour’ moves to a colour scheme theme, following two event inspired arbours – The Tour de France and Wimbledon. August is the month of sunshine in the UK (supposedly!?) – so what better way to celebrate the Summer than to bedeck our Inspiration Arbour in a yellow planting scheme?
There’s an abundance of yummy yellow flowers and plants in stock – all looking amazing at the moment. And, of course, yellow epitomises sunny happiness – which is fitting given that today is ‘Happiness Happens’ day!
But we believe that happiness should last for longer than just a day – so we’ve declared Happiness Happening for the whole month of August at Rutland Garden Centre!
The sunshine yellow happy-inspiring planting scheme includes two stand out plants: the Helenium ‘Short & Sassy’, and the Rudbeckia Fulgida ‘Goldsturm’. They are beautifully complimented by some Crocosmia ‘Lucifer’, as well as some Heucheras and young smoke bush plants (Cotinus coggygria 'Royal Purple')
All of the plants used are currently all in stock and can be bought if you feel so inspired! We’ve even placed them right next to the Arbour so you don’t have to search from them (or steal them from the display!!!) But, if you can’t find what you are looking for, do just ask one of our experienced horticulturalists who are always on hand.
The grey planters, which showcase the yellow-theme brilliantly, are also available to purchase – in a variety of different sizes (and some of them are on special offer!)
We are now busy planning our next arbour – so do come and visit Rutland Garden Centre before our sunny theme fades away!
